Gartner’s Update on AI Investments in the Enterprise

This month, my colleagues Erick Brethenoux (Gartner AI Agenda Leader) and Fran Karamouzis (Gartner Chief of Research) co-hosted a webinar focusing on Driving Strategic Mandates for AI in the Enterprise.  We asked a few polling questions which revealed continued unabated investments in AI despite the crisis.  See these incredibly interesting results of Gartner's September 2020 poll conducted during the webinar attended by over 500 enterprise leaders. Approximately 200 responded to the polling questions.
