IT Governance Capability

This paper defines IT Governance and provides a case study on IT governance with a set of lessons learnt in creating IT Governance capability.

This paper contributes to the efforts of governments working to create new capability for interoperability by outlining the critical role of IT governance. It does so by building on the details of the Government Interoperability Framework (see Table 1), in particular the framework dimension of IT governance."
