No matter which side of the aisle you are on, the issue of global warming won't go away. And for good reason. Because the future of the earth should not be a political nor a moral issue. It does not need a platform. It does not need proponents. This is an issue of practicality. This is an issue of basic business 101. If there is no earth, where is your customer going to come from? Where are your going to base your business? The issue also does not need debate. If it is a matter of your safety, how many chances are you willing to take? Are you willing to bet on even a marginal procedure on your body? Let's try drilling a hole in your head because there is only a 50% chance it will kill you. You might be disabled for life but wouldn't it be fun to beat the odds of being killed? So, let us leave the debate to the partisans on both sides - neither is from the scientific community, so this debate will go on forever. Let us see if there are ways to minimize the chances of damage to the earth. After all, where else are we going to live?
