The Information Technology Department developed this Master Plan to provide strategic direction in equipping the enterprise and its customers with innovative, secure, environmentally sound, and cost-effective technologies as laid out in the organization's vision and strategy.
Successful technology initiatives in previous years and start-up investments in powerful, state-of-the-art enterprise systems helped strengthen the technical infrastructure with shared assets that each business function can leverage to further streamline processes going forward. This plan builds upon that momentum with additional initiatives and strategics to continue to improve the use of technology throughout the enterprise.
With a focus on solutions that facilitate process improvement, the IT Department will continue forging strong partnerships with all business functions so that the vision reflected in this Master Plan is achieved by engaging staff from all levels of the organization in determining the organization's technology future.
