This paper explores the connection between IT value and IT Balanced Scorecard/IT Strategy Maps. It describes patterns of IT value i.e. ways in which IT creates/enables value, connects IT value with cascaded and linked strategic objectives and discusses how IT values are described in BSC’s perspectives.
