Can I lock-in my membership rate?
Yes, you can lock in your membership rate under the following conditions:
When you purchase any of our membership plans, you automatically secure your subscription rate for three (3) years. You must ensure your subscription does not lapse to maintain this locked-in rate. If your subscription lapses, the three-year rate lock will reset and begin anew from the date you renew your membership.
- Eligibility: When purchasing our membership plans, you automatically lock in your current three-year subscription rate. This means there will be no price increases during this period.
- Continuity: To maintain your locked-in rate, your subscription mustn’t lapse. A lapse occurs if your payment fails or if you cancel your membership and then decide to rejoin later.
- If Your Subscription Lapses:
- Reactivation: If your subscription lapses and you renew it, the rate lock will restart from the renewal date. The renewed rate lock will also last for three years, but it will reflect the current subscription rate at the time of renewal, which may be higher than your previous rate.
- Preventing Lapses: To avoid a lapse, ensure your payment information is always up-to-date and sufficient funds cover your subscription cost. We send reminders before your payment is due, so watch your email notifications.
- Handling Payment Issues: If you encounter any problems with your payment (e.g., declined credit card, bank errors), please contact us immediately. We can assist in resolving the issue quickly to prevent your subscription from lapsing and affecting your rate lock.
