Real Name Policy

Every member must disclose their true identity. This ensures trust that is critical to the well being of any community. We reserve the right to verify this information from publicly available sources and change/modify it as needed.

This policy does not compromise the member’s privacy as:

• The members can mark specific items on their profile as “private” or “for friends only” etc.
• There are designated areas that are accessed by a select few members only. Members know who else is in an area and have the right to participate or remove themselves from it.

An incomplete profile is a violation of this policy. CIO Index considers this a violation of our terms of use and reserves the right to take appropriate action, with or without notice, including but not limited to canceling membership, suspending and/or revoking access, and removing user account from the portal.
