CIOs are under pressure to implement IT Governance. The problem is that there are so many tools and frameworks to choose from that one is not sure which one to pick. These frameworks and tools are overlapping in some areas but also bring unique capabilities to the table. The problem is that one does not know how to integrate them. So where do you start? What do you do? This presentation provides a very good overview to IT Governance and its key frameworks - COBIT, ITIL, ISO 1799...It then provides guidance on how to use these frameworks in an integrated manner. Unfortunately, it starts this excellent discussion but leaves a lot unsaid.
