Governance Enterprise Architecture (GEA)

This paper proposes a Governance Enterprise Architecture (GEA) as a set of domain models that serve as a top-level enterprise architecture.

Governance Enterprise Architecture (GEA) is a set of domain models that include five high-level generic process and objects models namely, the GEA mega-process model, the GEA interaction model, the GEA public policy formulation model, the GEA service provision model and the GEA overall governance model.

This discussion pertains to e-government, however, these models can be adapted for commercial enterprises.
