This research paper lays for foundation to integrate enterprise architecture, service oriented architecture (SOA), and IT Service Management (ITSM) framework ITIL. The discussion introduces the three disciplines and frameworks related to each and introduces the concept of an integrated service architecture framework (ISAF) to bridge the existing gap in theory and practice between these disciplines and related processes.
