This IT Organization set an agenda to deliver high quality and responsive technology service in support of higher education - learning, teaching, and research - at a world class university. This plan is the result of a series of focus groups and studies. A Strategic Planning Group the CIO guided the development of the plan. This plan will guide the activities of the IT function and serve as a communication vehicle for internal and external stakeholders in support of university wide initiatives. It will help guide the enterprise through a rapidly evolving ecosystem and disruption caused by technology.
