As an Enterprise Architect, I am responsible for ensuring that IT is adopted effectively within the clear context of business goals, people, and processes – as such it requires a unique balance of soft and hard skills and experience to engage business and technical stakeholders, understand current and future technology options and trends, and be able to articulate and execute against a strategic vision whilst balancing tactical needs
