Fourth, it introduces a framework with simple metrics to measure the return on investment (ROI) of enterprise architecture investments and provides real world usage of that framework with examples and roi data. Finally, it provides guiding principles to create an effective and efficient enterprise architecture with superior return on investment (ROI).
