This is an example of an IT strategic plan that addresses the challenges and opportunities faced by the IT Organization. The CIO worked with organization's leadership to develop this IT Strategy to align information technology strategies with the enterprise's mission and build a scalable IT capability that improves productivity, knowledge sharing, research and social interaction.
