This paper provides a framework to use the balanced scorecard to improve corporate governance.

It uses an interconnected series of balanced scorecards at various levels and roles within an organization. For example, a balanced scorecard for the board, one each for the corporation and chief executive of the corporation, integrated into an information technology foundation.
