IT Governance Implementation The Determinant Factors
IT Governance has been one of the top priorities for CIOs for over five years now. Despite the fact that best practices and frameworks have been proposed over the years, an argument can be made that these do not describe the different contexts and how the practices must be applied given the different contexts. This paper starts with a literature review to leverage differentiator factors (contingency factors) in order to provide a scientific view point. It then presents presents the evaluation section with expert's interviews and to provide a practitioner's viewpoint; then finalizes the research with main contribution and future work section.
