The objective of this audit was to provide assurance that the IT governance processes in place are adequate and effective in identifying, prioritizing, monitoring, and measuring IT resource allocation decisions and in ensuring alignment with IT department's objectives.
The audit confirmed a solid foundation for effective IT governance. However, it also identified opportunities for improvement to help strengthen IT governance processes for greater strategic alignment with objectives and achievement of benefits.
