IT Portfolio Management Strategic Decision Framework

This research paper proposes a framework for better information technology (IT) portfolio management decisions - the framework introduces an IT Portfolio Management Maturity Index to assess the level of maturity of an IT organization and a model to examine portfolio and investment decision rationality. The proposed framework can be used as a benchmark for managers to understand how to allocate IT resources most effectively.
