The purpose of this white paper isto share the survey findings, and to provide the IBMpoint ofview regarding key steps and considerations for cloud adoption. The findings validate that many organizations are at leastconsidering cloud computing—most favor a private clouddelivery model at this time—yet significantly, less than a quar-ter of organizations surveyed have mature service managementand infrastructure capabilities that are essential for cloud.
