Reset Password

1. Please enter your username or email
2. Click the Reset Password button
3. If an account exists with the username/email then a password reset link will be sent to the email address associated with your account
4. Please check your inbox:
   1. This process is instantaneous so you should receive this email within seconds
   2. Sometimes these emails land in your spam folder so please check that folder too
5. Please click on the password reset link and you will be redirected back to the CIO portal
6. A form to enter your new password will be shown
7. Please enter your new password and confirm it in the confirmation box
8. Remember to note down your new password
9. Hit the update password button and you are all set!
10. Password reset message will be shown with a link to the login page
11. Login to the portal with your username/email and new password
