Leadership and Ethics: The Case Against Sheryl Sandberg

Can an unethical leader be considered a leader in the true sense of the word? Are ethics intertwined, nay a foundational element of leadership? That is the question raised in this article.

A lot has been said but more needs to come out before some of us are convinced of Ms. Sandberg’s guilt or innocence however, her reported conduct and that of Facebook does test the bounds of ethics. The question is: do her accomplishments fade in context?
